"The best western food in Melaka, reasonably priced, honest and unpretentious. The Chicken Chop is the best, seafood pasta is spot on. Forget about 5-star restaurants and so-called fine-dining establishments. This is a hidden gem. Plus we even get a lovely surprise at the end, a cake on the house. Thank you Neville for pouring your heart into all your dishes and blessing our stomachs! Update: Returned in Dec 2022. Still insanely good, and we got a free salad too! "The food was a pleasant surprise! At first, there were some doubts because it was not crowded, but hey, it was just our luck that we went on a quiet day cause the food came out good and we did not have to deal with a rowdy atmosphere. The dishes were prepared well; there's an actual sense of professionalism and pride compared to most places that call themselves western restaurants in Melaka. Clearly, the chef has worked hard and cares about what he serves. We will definitely come back."

"Found this little gem by chance and decided to bring my parents here to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The owner was so sweet and even gifted my mom a slice of birthday cake, which made the evening extra special. They serve a wide variety of vegetarian dishes, reasonably priced, with portions that are very generous. You can truly taste the love and care put into the food. Just be prepared to wait a little while, as everything is freshly made, but it’s absolutely worth it"

"They currently have lunch sets at very reasonable prices, and it even comes with a drink. And taste good also tried their chocolate lava cake and it was absolutely amazing. The owner is very friendly — highly recommended!"

"Came here a couple of times in few years back ago till now. Garlic Bread with Cheese is a must! It was so soft, and the aromatic flavour of garlic and cheese with their secret recipe of balsamic vinegar brings out its flavourful. All the buns are handmade! Their homemade mushroom soup were so good and it came along with a garlic bread. Caesar Salad with Cajun Chicken - I’ve never thought of their art of modifying were so stunning yet the tastes were good too along with the crunchy Cajun chickens. The baked wedges cheese is normal. However a slice of cheese is not suitable to that. Would preferably with cheese or nacho cheese sauce. Roma Pizza is a yum! Honestly I thought it all tomato base with a lot of tomato slices on it. But it comes with pesto! It was surprisingly something new to combine it! Salmon Fettuccine Pasta - not so really like it. Because the pasta cream is tomato cream along sundried tomato and together with salmon in it. The taste will be a like seafood pasta because of the strong salmon taste. I’m not sure if you like it. But I would preferably if the salmon is baked type would be good to put on top as it maintains of their crunchiness. Rather than mixing in it like a mushy pasta… Hmm…. Not to forget of their handmade dessert too! Ordered an apple crumble, one of my friend said chili sauce when they serve it. Another one said Nasi Pattaya But it’s dessert!Sorry, maybe the food presentation not turning out well. I love their homemade burger! But we didn’t order it as we have pizza (12 slices). Their burger is slight expensive but it is for 4-5 pax eater. It’s huge. So got to share with friends or family. Overall food is great and expensive due to their quality of goods! Good for gathering and birthday party celebrations. They also have option for vegetarian side and kids food too! Parking are free!"

"Came here for brunch, had the mushroom soup and chicken chop. Both were one of the best I've had in Melaka. Mushroom soup had body, well-flavoured and came with a piece of garlic bread, chicken was well-marinated, juicy and tender. This was my 2nd time in 7-8 years, glad to have rediscovered another western eatery nearby The owner was affable and friendly Will be back soon!"

"Now they are having set lunch which is very worth it. Just need to wait as the food is not prepared in advance. You may call them to order and cook in advance. The food is very nice. For sure we will come again and recommend people to come as well."

"The food is quite fine, no problem at all... The price is a bit pricey, but worth it for these foods. The wait time is the thing that I possibly can't accept. We ordered 3 dishes but we waited for around 1 hour. So long time to wait for 3 dishes. Not even drinks. And I m wondering why there are no other customer at this restaurant. The service aren't that good because they close the a/c before we go out of the restaurant. We stayed at here for grab. Poor service and atmosphere. The atmosphere is gloomy and the owner are miserly to open the light makes the restaurant extremely dark. I don't recommend you to come here."
